In the unlikely event that you have a change of heart after receiving your print, you are welcome to exchange it for another print of equal value. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You only need to cover shipping for the print you want to send back and we'll take care of the rest.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds due to the nature of running our tailor-made and personalised fine art prints in limited editions. To be eligible for an exchange your fine art print must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with the certificate of authenticity enclosed. All artworks come in stress-tested packaging able to withstand the bumpiest of shipping journeys, however, if your print arrives damaged we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Simply send an email with a photo of the packaging, the damaged print and the certificate of authenticity including your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible. We will cover return shipping for any damaged orders and subsequent replacements.
