Coral peony
Coral peony
Coral pink peonies symbolise romance, beauty and prosperity, which makes them a popular choice for weddings. Pink peonies are also usually more fragrant than red peonies. Since medieval times peony flowers, roots and seeds have been reputed to have medicinal properties and legend has it that the peony, or Paeonia, is named after Paeon, who studied under Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine and healing. The Chinese call the Peony the King of flowers, regarded as a symbol of wealth, honour and beauty.
Archival pigment prints are made on smooth matt Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm heavyweight art paper.
